OUR APPROACH

Let MapleMark Bank help meet your Tribe's financial goals

The MapleMark Tribal Nations Banking Team has decades of experience providing USDA guaranteed loans to American Indian and Alaska Native Tribes, Tribal Businesses, and Tribal Communities. We take pride in building relationships based on mutual respect and trust, and we are ready to help your Tribe preserve sovereignty, enhance self- sufficiency, and build economic prosperity for your communities for generations to come.

Loan benefits include:

  • The ability to combine multiple USDA loan programs for the same project – such as providing both B&I and REAP funding together.
  • Loan terms up to 30 years for commercial real estate and 40 years for infrastructure.
  • No balloon payments. All loans are fully amortized with the option to provide an interest-only period for construction, installation, and ramp-up.

TESTIMONIALS

Here's what people are saying about it.

“I have been working with the MapleMark Bank team to secure a USDA Food Supply Chain loan. This loan would transform our business and help us grow dramatically. Our team’s experience with MapleMark has been excellent, and the due diligence and underwriting process did not feel intrusive to our business. MapleMark has been clear about what they need and always respond to our questions in a timely manner. They are also a bank that gets it in terms of doing things that make business sense. I would recommend MapleMark to any company looking to secure financing, especially when it comes to USDA programs.”

Scott E.

“USDA guaranteed loans, specifically, the recently developed Food Supply Chain Loan program and the standard Business and Industry loans, are an attractive structure for many emerging growth companies. However, finding the right, trustworthy partner to partner with in pursuit of the loan programs can be a challenge. Since the moment we started working with the MapleMark team, specifically, Matt Peeler, Cayla Holleman and Robert Broadway, it was clear we found a great partner. Matt, Cayla, and Robert have an incredible level of knowledge of USDA guaranteed loans and apply their expertise to shepherd companies through the process in the most effective and efficient way possible. The MapleMark team works closely with both USDA and the borrower to ensure information and applications are processed in a way that allows borrowers to continue operating their businesses, as opposed to spending 95% of their time of submission paperwork. We would not hesitate to work with MapleMark again and have already recommended the bank to others.
